Offers for interpreters
The PZG Nordhessen works together with interpreters. With their participation it is possible to give professional advice to non-German-speaking people and their relatives, taking cultural aspects into account.
The work with psychologically burdened refugees is associated with special challenges for all professions involved. Interpreters must be able to work under pressure and have a solid personality. Working with compatriots, who are often traumatised, requires good preparation and professional neutrality. For this reason, we regularly offer advanced training courses for professional interpreters and lay interpreters who wish to qualify for use in therapy and psychosocial counselling.
